Call for External Evaluation – Erasmus+ CBHE Project PRODIGE
The PRODIGE consortium is looking for an independent external evaluator to assess the progress and implementation of the project.
Funded under the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) programme, the PRODIGE project aims to support the digital transformation of higher education in Georgia by strengthening institutional capacities, improving digital teaching and learning, and developing a national quality assurance framework for digital education.
A. Scope of the evaluation
The selected evaluator will:
- Review progress toward project objectives and deliverables
- Assess project management and partner cooperation
- Evaluate dissemination activities (including website and social media)
- Provide recommendations for improving project implementation
- Produce an evaluation report

B. Dates
- Duration: 15–20 working days
- Evaluation period: April – May 2026
- Final report deadline: 20th May 2026
C. Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Expertise in higher education and project evaluation
- Experience with Erasmus+ CBHE projects
- No affiliation with partner institutions of the project
- Previous knowledge of the Georgian Higher Education landscape and current evolution is appreciated.
